anyway to combat gas from fenugreek and goats rue?

I took goats rue for the first month after having dd and did noticed it helped my supply, but both dd and I had horrible gas from it. Is there anything to do about that? I have won an amazon g/c and was thinking of trying goats rue or fenugreek again(used fenugreek with ds and remember the gas as well), but hate both of us going around being so gassy. I noticed it a lot with dd and thought it may have been the formula supplement but onces goats rue was stopped the excessive gas stopped for us both...Is there another herb to combat the gas or something else that people have experience with, TIA. lol
