I guess it's possible, but I seriously doubt it. I bet she is misusing it somehow that is making it uncomfy or is just using that as an excuse to do what she wants.

Some questions I would ask (if she'll answer the phone!)

Does she know how to loosen/tighten the harness?
Has she moved the harness up to the appropriate slots?
Is there an insert that needs to come out?
