thrush? probiotics & back in cloth???

this is a couple questions... we have had thrush for about 2 weeks now... i stopped cd'ing as it was in his mouth, and HORRIBLE diaper rash in which we had to use nastatin to clear it up and i didnt want to ruin my diapers. also i ended up with a yeast infection and thrush in my boobs. needless to say... its all clear except it still stings when i first let down but not soo bad when nursing anymore. probiotics made my little one MUCH more gassy than he already is, which is something we are trying to control. do i keep on them or give them up? also when are we in the clear cause i dont want to go back to my cloth nursing pads/diapers just to get it again.

ANY help would be great!
