Sizing Help for Simplex
My DS is 1 year old and 19 lbs. (How do I measure his rise? because I know you guys will ask his rise
) I love the Swaddlebees Simplex diapers! I have the owl print blueberry basix in Large and it fits him in the smallest snap sitting but there is so much diaper in front. I tried a friends Swaddlebees Medium on him today and he was on the middle snap setting but the rise on him looked like it wouldn't last long, but TODAY the diaper fit PERFECT. So my question (thanks for continuing to read!) is do I get Large and have a poor fit now in hopes he'll grow better into them and I get to use them longer, or get the mediums and hope the fit now will last a long time (when does the rise become in issue??) Thanks!!

Re: Sizing Help for Simplex
Go with the mediums. With the new stretchy tabs, they will fit him for a while.

Re: Sizing Help for Simplex
My DD is 19lbs, 28" and I bought the large based on everyone saying they run small.
She would have fit WAY better in mediums. I think if the rise is ok, stick with mediums. If he's almost at the max for the rise, I'd size up to the large. HTH! (IDK how to measure rise either, I googled it to figure it out for DD).

Re: Sizing Help for Simplex
i would say medium.. most of the time a child can fit in large technically but you might find a better fit that young w/ medium as it will have less fabric. plus, with the new simplex stretchy sides i am sure the waistline fit will be more forgiving

With the new stretchy tabs, I'd go ahead and get the medium.

Re: Sizing Help for Simplex
Thanks to everyone who has answered so far. Many of you mention with the stretchy tabs the mediums will be more forgiving- but wouldn't that be just for chunky thighs, and not the rise, which is what I am most worried about?
