That's too bad but baby is probably where they are meant to be. When the timing and child are right, hopefully your child will find you. Many of us have ups and downs like that and in the end it somehow all works out.

In the meanwhile, if you are with an agency, find out what kind of profile you need and you can start working on that. If you are going private make one using scrapbook software and get it printed at staples/kinkos/office depot so you have it ready and make a website (if you have a mac, just use iWeb).

updated a few posts above you - it fell through... and I'm more bummed than I thought I would be - I knew it was a long shot - but this is our first possible match, so I know I probably have future disappointments too. Just trusting there is a perfect addition to our family out there eventually!

Well, I have to say this may have given you much more education on agency vs. private so you could decide what might be best for you! Good luck in whatever you choose and hopefully your hubby will come home safe and sound, and your wait for a baby won't be long after that!
