Re: Easter baskets?

My older son is getting stickers, coloring books, and a colorforms set. He's also going to get some fruit snacks.

My younger son is getting a Haba toy and fruit puffs.

The girls are getting the little summer stuff that needs replacing each year. bubbles, some sand toys, some pool toys, sidewalk chalk, a bug collecting kit, Sage is getting a Mr. potato Head (her speach therapist uses one with her so she needs her own), playdough, ect.

DD is getting this doll:

It's pretty much done after working on it for 2 weeks. She was supposed to be about 8", but she ended up a little taller. She's also getting a parrot and monkey to go with her.

The parrot came out awesome, but the monkey is only so-so.

My DS who is 5 yr old is getting some pirate gear from the Dollar Store, a TMNT toy and a kite.

My DD who is 15 months is getting 3 My Little Ponies (I bought the premade basket last year on clearance for only $1!), a Dora the Explorer toy (also a clearance deal this year ) and a kit as well.

Re: Easter baskets?

Well Target has golden eggs, so I bought some of those new George Washington dollars to put in there. So when they find the golden egg they get a golden treasure!!! Target also had these little wooden toys, the ones where you pull the tail and they move. And Noah'smommie gave me the idea of the little wooden trains that spell out the childs name. It's so cute and little. Plus like other people said stuff for summer, jump rope, bubbles, etc...

Re: Easter baskets?

Both boys are getting little things like bubbles, squirt guns, sand toys, and other small outdoor toys. Isaiah is getting the game Ants in the Pants and Michael is getting a Kinex helicoptor. They will both get some jelly beans in plastic eggs also, but due to food allergies we don't get to do chocolate bunnies and things

Re: Easter baskets?

I am trying to keep it simple. DS#1 is getting a small chocolate bunny, a Max & Ruby DVD, an activity book, and a Golden Book. DS#2 is getting a chocolate bunny, a Spiderman bouncy ball, a Golden book, and a Nemo board book. I feel like I was kinda cheap w/DS#2, but he is only 13 mos., so I can go a little cheap with him still.
