I want a manual pump for quick jobs. I have raynauds syndrome and it making pumping very painful. My electric pump is a medela PIS. I'm not crazy about it but I'm not sure if I'll crazy about and pump due to the raynauds.

Any recommends? TIA!!

I also like the harmony. The Avent also makes a fantastic manual pump, I think it's the isis? I've used both and like them equally. The avent has more parts though. Right now I'm using my medela.

Re: which manual pump to get?

I prefer the avent manual pump. I use it without the silicone massage cushion that fits over the horn. The harmony seemed to hurt me a bit.

Have you looked at reviews on Amazon?

I have used the lansinoh one and the avent one. I like the lansinoh one better. I like nursing one side while pumping the other. Otherwise I don't get very good letdown.
