Daily Chat - Aug 23rd

QOTD: What are your birthing plans? Hospital (natural or medicated), Birth Center or Home Birth? If you go natural are you super woman or do you practice deep relaxation like hypnosis?

Re: Daily Chat - Aug 23rd

Our plan was homebirth, but DD was born at home and I tore badly and had to transfer for stitches and I had my GYN dr check me when I got pregnant this time and she said the amount and place of my tear last time makes me highly likely to tear again. So rather then go through the stress and drama of transferring because of me tearing again we are going hospital all natural. My OB dr is amazing though and im very happy with her.

Natural Birth at a hospital using Hypnobabies. We signed up for Hypnobabies classes. They start in November and will last 5 weeks, 3 hours once a week! So excited!

We are planning a birth center birth! I had to transfer last time and I'm praying that doesn't happen again. We have to pay 600$ if we have to transfer from the birth center @@.

having a second homebirth! I did Hypnobirth last time and expect I will re-fresh myself on that. . .but basically I found that I coped fine in my own way (a lot of moaning and singing). But the relaxation practice is good. . .for everything.

Just had a ob check up today and everything is good to go. He gave me a heart attack when they could find his hb (164!), but I knew he was okay because he was moving all over the place. He would not sit still. He doesn't like people touching him besides momma <3. My doctor is prego too so I asked her how we would do this and she said she will be back for a week or two by the time I had mine.

As for a birth plan I'm doing hospital with as many drugs as they can legally give me lol. She said that I have a greater risk for this baby being breached as well since my dd was. So about 36 weeks if they check me and he isn't head down I'll have to go to the ob clinic in the hospital and start to see an obgyn . I really want her to deliver him though because I don't wanna spend all this time with her then have some stranger cut me open. I have no info on the doctors there at all so it's kinda nerve recking. At the last ultrasound he was transverse. So next Monday j have the ultrasound at the doctor so we will see what's up. I really want to do a vbac so pray he gets his wiggly butt head down!

I am planning a homebirth. I am very excited about it, I have a sweet wonderful midwife that I feel absolutely safe with and confident in. I have not yet made any decisions about hypnobabies but 2 of my doula girlfriends love it so I might try it.

Re: Daily Chat - Aug 23rd

I am planning a natural hospital birth, like my last 2. I don't do hypnobabies or anything in particular, just sort of relax in my own way and roll with it.

Had a quick mw appt today. Listened to the hb (150) , weight, bp etc... I did get to schedule our ultrasound though, Spetember 12th we will get a peek at our LO
