Re: How do you dry your Covers & Pockets?

I have a shelf with a bar below it in my laundry room. I hang all of my covers, pockets, and my aio diapers on pant hangers on that bar.

In the dryer on medium heat. If they're still damp they go on the clothes line..

I use the dryer on low heat for my pockets and they come out just fine...and I routinely forget to take out the covers... we'll see how they hold up!

Re: How do you dry your Covers & Pockets?

I have been line drying my inserts and covers for several weeks now - it's pretty relaxing to hang them on the line. Up until then I would dry everything on medium heat. I haven't found that air or heat drying has made much of a difference, but it saves money and that works for me

I line dry everyting. I live in tx so everything dry pretty fast. I also think that fresh air and sun help prevent my diapers from geting stinky and stained.

Re: How do you dry your Covers & Pockets?

Thanks, ladies! Yea, we line dry a lot here. Actually we use half of our walk-in closet, but that isn't going to be doable once we add in the diapers. I already line dry most of our shirts, etc. and it's getting a bit crowded. Anyway, I just ordered a clothesline system off Amazon (5 line rectractable). Once we have that installed, I can go nuts. And I can then prep the last of my dipes. I have a stack of Newborn PFs off FSOT, a few of which had some staining, and I want to sun them properly.
