Re: Hyena Cart feedback question *UPDATE*

This might be just me, but if you are going to have a business, especially an on-line store, you need to keep better track of the items and sales in your store. How can you run a successful online business without getting on line daily and monitoring things? Also it is HER business and she should be in charge of making sure HER goods are delivered/dropped off at the PO safely. I hope this works out for you mama

it is, but it really does happen. after twice asking DH to mail things for me and finding them in his car... I have stopped even asking him to take stuff to the PO.

Yep. Unfortunately it happens a lot with single car families. You rely heavily on your husband to mail things. And sometimes they just don't understand the urgency so skip out on mailing it to do something else.

I gotta say though, the worst thing that has happened to me is having had hubby forget to mail something, then biking to the fed ex office children in tow in the bike trailer, while it was snowing only to find that the store's owner had closed the office to attend a funeral...and he apparently has a lot of older relatives that keep dying because it's not the first time it's happened. I doubt the poor mama believed me because the story just sounds so pathetic.

And to add insult to injury, we now have two vehicles...but DH lent mine to his brother.

So there really are crazy but true stories out there

Same here.. DH ships stuff for work and STILL forgets he has my stuff to ship in the car...

I don't drive, so I'm totally reliant on him... I've stopped selling stuff as often because of it... :S

I would leave negative. I get that things happen, and there are people who don't drive, or they rely on their dh, but these are things that should be known about in advance, more after I've been waiting a month for something.

Honestly, I would, too. Regardless of the quality of the item, you had to threaten a pp claim for her to ship.

You never really know if it was shipped this time, since it's supposedly been shipped before.
ITA, if it doesn't arrive in a few days I'd go ahead and open a claim.

Re: Hyena Cart feedback question *UPDATE*

thanks everyone, I will definitely file a claim if I dont get it by the 44th day (sept 29th). I will also list everything that has happened and leave negative feedback. Hopefully this item is not a piece of junk, after everything that has happened.

Re: Hyena Cart feedback question *UPDATE*

I received the item and it looked like it should from the picture but I still left negative feedback because of the communication issues.
