hypno birthing.....

I REALLY... want to use this for my water birth in March 2012.....

The website tho has so much wrighting on it and different ways to go about it and im LOST....

Id love to take classes with dh tho im not sure if will ever have time. Heck i dont even know if classes are offered anywhere around here..

So my other option would be self study.... but im confused at what pack im supposed to get....

Ugh i get very annoyed easy with this pregnancy.... so im getting grumpy lol....

Can i get some help and info?
We live in HollandLanding, Ontario, Canada..... ( or Newmarket ( its 3 mins away)

Unno im just confused....

This is a much simpler route than the hypnobabies with it's huge study course. . but I loved this book/CD and found just reading and listening to it to be very informative and helpful.

Even though Hypnobabies classes are offered in my area, I opted for the Home-Study course. My DH and I aren't the baby class "type." It was awesome thru my twin pregnancy. It made me so energized, and you can listen when you go to bed. I made it to 38 weeks (would have made it longer, but had a planned c/s - not effaced or dilated!) I also had no bedrest.
