I'm back in ds room trying to nurse him while my family and friends are in our living room having a party watching the Oregon vs LSU game.

ds is so tired he's hardly napped today and was awake and playing when everyone first got here. I'm hoping he'll stay asleep but it's so noisy in our small house. normally I would nurse him out there but I wanted him to go to sleep. He's never easy to put to bed anyway. Ugh. Oh well.

We have a small house too. We invested in a good noise machine. It really helps our LOs sleep. We have one from Brookstone, and use the "wind" setting.

Guests are so noisy! I know what you mean, exactly. White noise will help a TON, believe me. We tried a bunch of different white noise types, but the best has been just a blank AM radio station. Crank it up and he'll sleep tons better.
