Having to dump an entire days pumped milk because on Friday afternoon, you forgot to put it in the fridge when you got home from work. I was so excited that I had gotten 2 oz. more than normal, too.

Uggghhhh. Almost my entire prep period (30 minutes) was used up pumping, and I had to leave for work at 6:45 am so I could pump before an early meeting, and then it all ended up going down the drain. I can't believe I forgot to get the cooler out of my pump bag. Uggggghhhh. Lesson learned.

I've almost done that, DH knows that as soon as I get home, the milk gets put in the freezer THEN I hold the baby!
