Moving to Rail Road Flat and was wondering if there is anyone in the Calaveras county area? Never lived rural before and looking to meet some new people.

There used to be a Mama in Moke hill, we are the other end of the county in Jenny Lind. Rail road flat is way out in the boonies. Good luck with the move.
Mine are all out of diapers now too.

Thanks! I figured it was out in the boonies- no cell phone reception-usually means out there!

Cool you are one the opposite side from me.
I went to Shingle springs once about 20 years ago to visit some family friends and it was the boonies back then. It has grown and changed so much it's amazing.

Near Jackson? Which way? I think I am 30 minutes from Jackson. We will be moved in the weekend of September 18! Would love to meet some mom's out that way.

Shingle Springs is getting big! I think Cameron Park is starting to flow into it a bit. Granted we only have 2500 population or so (I think) but it feels like more!

Oh! I'm from Tuolumne County and it warms my heart to hear about someone from Calaveras County. I used to go over there a lot as a kid and teen. I miss Tuolumne County most, but Calaveras is a close second.
