Am I Coo-Coo?

When I was pregnant with DD I felt movement at 12.5 weeks. It was obviously just "quickening"; and the only way I can describe it is to say that it was kind of like when your eye gets a weird twitch for a second, but in my belly. Totally different than a bubbly belly feeling. Anyhow, I'm 10.5 weeks with my second (at least I think so, we didn't do a dating ultrasound as my MW didn't think it necessary). And the last three days I have felt the same feeling. The 1st two days I was sitting in the same chair same position when I felt it, and then last night laying in bed. It's always when I'm very still. Am I crazy for thinking I'm feeling this baby?

I have been feeling the same thing, but I did feel it this early with DD as well. So I would say no, you're not crazy!

No, not at all. I swear I have felt the little munchkin a few times already and I'm barely 9 weeks.

If you're crazy then so am I. I swear I've felt little movements already, despite being so early yet.

Re: Am I Coo-Coo?

I've been feeling the same thing, but I've been chalking it up to normal tummy movement. However this morning, I felt movement in the exact same place (very, very low) over and over again. It felt just like quickening! I felt movement with DS at around 15 weeks. I read somewhere recently that any movements felt before 13 weeks probably aren't "real" because the baby's bones aren't hard enough yet. Who knows, though, right?
