Diaper Swappers

I recently bought some fuzzibunz os from the fsot I paid $95 including postage for 13 diapers. Of the 13 only 1 doesn't have any issues with the pul. I knew the diapers would be stained. I was surprised by the old musty and Bo aroma of the diapers but not until one diaper had the pul in a tangled mess inside did I become sad.
I had intended for these to become almost my whole stash. I have 2 other fb os that I really like.

Should I just Sent back all the diapers and ask for a complete refund?
Should I sent back 12 diapers and still ask for a complete refund to cover return shipping?
Or should I send back 12 diapers and and ask for a partial refund?
Do I have to wait to wash the diapers the smell is getting to me?

Only one diaper has no pul left in it. The others mostly look like the pul just got ripped because it was stretched too much when the diaper was stuffed. But I don't want leaky diapers.

I have not used any of the diapers yet.

I would contact the mama. Take pictures of all issue and include them. Tell her the items are not as described and you would like a refund (as the diapers are unusable). You will probably have to pay shipping to return to her, but you can ask that she covers it and she what she says, it can never hurt. If she doesn't respond or is unwilling to work with you, open a paypal claim. Do not wash the diapers... after you take pics you can pack them up for return.

You might even want to include a Mod in with your message to her - just encase things get bad... Good luck - I would totally ask for a full refund and return shipping costs

She had to of knows the condition before she sent them! I could see missing delaminated PUL on 1 but 12! Sounds fishy! I hope this gets resolved!
