Your favorite non-waldorf style doll for DD

I really really want to get dd a waldorf type doll for Christmas or her upcoming 2nd birthday in March. However, we have a dog that has been getting a hold of stuffed animals lately and destroying them. So could you give me your suggestions for a more durable doll? What are your favorites? It doesn't even have to be that durable, but if it gets destroyed I don't want to cry about it because of the money I spend on it. KWIM? So $40 or less would be good. That way if I DO have to replace it I can.
TIA!

Little Mommy dolls by fisher price are nice dolls - some of my girls' favorites and they have lots of dolls.

They also really like corolle and lee middleton babies.

DD loved Corolle dolls. They have a few different sizes and styles, and they are machine washable.

Pottery Barn Kids has some sort of Waldorf-esque dolls and they are pretty inexpensive ($39, free shipping).

2,014 items in 2014?

We just bought some haba dolls for our girls (ages 1 and 3.5) and they LOVE them. Very well made, and around $30 shipped each (amazon) -- we bought Haba "Lilli" and Haba "Nellie" and the girls want more for Christmas!
