ground flaxseed?

Am I right that flaxseed is supposed to help increase supply? I've been feeling a little "tapped out" this week so I picked some ground flaxseed up at the health foods section at the store. I was planning to sprinkle some on some oatmeal for breakfast. How much should I use? 1-2 tbsp?

Ground flaxseed, brewers/nutritional yeast, fenugreek and oatmeal are all supposed to help. I'm not sure how much flaxseed though but I think you can pretty much put in as much as you can tolerate. I made banana bread and put flaxseed in it and couldn't even taste it.

If you were making a batch of lactation cookies it would have 2 tablespoons of flax seed. You definitely cna't have too much though, so put as much as you like. (It doesn't taste bad IMO).

I was just going to say I have a great choc chip cookie recipe that's good for lactation. So yummy.
