What's the cheapest/quickest way to mail from the US. I'm just mailing a card.

Looking back I think my original post sounds rude, I'm sorry!! Unfortunately with the PO I think cheap and quick never fit the same category. I think a stamp is your best bet unless you need it there super fast then it will cost you a bunch more. I had someone mail me a card from
the US and it took 5 days to get to me.
