Well I enjoyed my glass of wine and nursed him right there and no one seemed to notice or care. We were in a nice little corner and to ourselves so it was perfect! The dinner was delicious and our dessert (melted chocolate bread pudding) was DELICIOUS!!!!

I don't think it's a big deal. Not long ago I had a Smirnoff at a barbeque. I didn't think dd would want to stop playing and nurse but she did. I'm sure she didn't get much. Besides if I can be on narcotics for over a year, a little alcohol won't hurt.

If you would be comfortable driving, you should be comfortable nursing. My midwife's standards for nursing and drinking.
