You can take tylenol for fever safely. I've been where you are, just try to rest, stay hydrated, keep the fever down with tylenol...

You can take regular tylenol for the fever. And you can take Ginger for stomach(ginger ale, ginger pills, ginger tea, candied ginger). My sheet my Dr gave me says DO NOT take pepto bismo! Something about it contains asprin and is not safe. .
Hope you feel better soon!!

Vitamin C in it's natural form is a great supplement. I drink Bolthouse Vitamin C-Boost when I'm getting sick and it works great. Vitamin D3 is also very helpful. 100 degree fever is not that high- personally I would try to ride it out. Every time you take a fever reducer it hinders your body's ability/efforts to fight the infection in the first place. I think that it really makes the infection last longer.

I got the Flu when I was 8 month pregnant with DD, not fun at all, so sorry you are sick I took tylenol for fever and ginger like the PP posted helped a ton with my stomach. Remember to drink lots of water too. Feel better!

100 degree fever for 2-3 days is fine. Get some rest, take cool baths, ginger anything (REAL not fake or "flavored") will help your tummy and nausea, peppermint tea (again the REAL thing) helps some people. If you can get activated Vitamin C powder that might kick your cold symptoms earlier. My MIL, who is an antenatal nurse, recently told me there ARE some approved cold meds for pregos. Mbe call your doc if you're desperate?

I'm feeling MUCH better guys, thank you! DH went and got me ginger ale. I sipped on that as much as I could, but I just couldn't hold it down. Thankfully it seemed like a 24 hr thing and I feel a lot better now and can actually eat for the first time in 2 days! Fever is gone too. Now my 17mth old DD seems to have it and DH has a terrible cold that we all have now. I hate the sickie season! I just hope I am done with any stomach flu issues while prego!
