food help

So at the baby's well visit, the doctor tried telling me that if we didn't start solids soon he wouldn't develop a choking reaction. (A little over 6 months)

He weighs over 25 lbs. He's ebf.

When I try to give him food, he gags, spits it out, is uninterested.

Likes watching me eat, kind of reaches. Wants nothing to do with actual food or eating.

Advice? Is he ok to just wait?

sent from my Droid Bionic, please excuse all typos
