Move with me yoga DVDs? (toddler age)
My ds2 is 3 years old. He has a ton of energy. Today Kidsteals is featuring Move with Me Scooter and Me yoga DVDs (aimed at 3-7 y/o's). I started thinking about winter coming and us being indoors the majority of the time and I wonder if this or some sort of kid exercise or dancing type of thing might be a good idea? Like I said plenty of energy and not particularly calm.
Any feedback on these DVDs?
