I use the kushies (sorry that won't help you!). I think the run big as a matter of fact. They look small but they are not. I LOVE them!!!!! It is my favorite swim diaper.
I also have a swim diaper from Target (I don't know what the brand name is) but it is a regular swimsuit but has the part (sorry I don't know what it's called) that holds the poo. I have tried it out yet though so I can't tell you how it works.
With my first ds, I used the Little Swimmers sposie diapers and they work ok. If you needed something quickly, that would work.

I got mine off OneStepAhead at the end of summer two years ago. I know... doesn't help you right now but check them out. I have two of them to switch back and forth and they are velcro closures with a tie to keep them closed. I really like them and I paid $2/each when they were on sale.

good luck!

ETA: I just looked it up, they're on sale now but it's just a bit over the $2 I found... http://www.onestepahead.com/jump.jsp...763&change=117

I have the Target one - its cheap, like $6, but its not as great as I thought. Its a pull on kind and it worked great, but hard to get off when wet.I did get a spf tshirt and sun hat to match it. I might get another swim diaper to use as thep rimary and keep this one as a spare. I was thinking of this one, because it has side fasteners:

I use Kushies too. I also use Gabby's pull-on swim diapers. I know jamtots had some on clearance for a while but doesn't look like they have them anymore. You can use any pul cover like a bummis cotton.

Looks like Gabby's has size medium discontinued velcroe swim diapers. I haven't tried these:

I really like the Imse Vimse diapers - kind of spendy compared to some others, but if you do a lot of swimming, I think it's worth it!! (bought mine from Tree City Diapers)

A Wonderoo or Fuzzi Bunz with no insert works PERFECT as a swim diaper! We only use those and because they already fit nicely they will hold the poop in if he decides to go while in the pool. No need to buy "swim diapers" if you already have some of these!
