Constant braxton hicks?

I'm 31 weeks and I get braxton Hicks contractions all day and all night. I've been to Labor & Delivery and they said as long as there was no pain, no back involvement, etc., it was just fine.

But it's nerve wracking to me!

Anyone else have this? "Irritable Uterus" perhaps?

I had that with ds2. Constant, all the time. It was pretty annoying after awhile. Maybe try drinking a full glass of water and laying for a bit to help circulate things. I've also read that keeping a empty bladder helps.

I had that last week! (I'm 26 weeks). A friend told me to take 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar with water 3-4 times a day until they stopped. Well, maybe it was coincidence... but they stopped after two doses, lol. :P

Sounds like you are dehydrated. Drink more water for a few days.

I agree this sounds like it has nothing to do with impending labor.

No, it does not sound like irritable uterus.

This is normal...well at least for me. I had BH on and off after 28+ weeks with both kids. If it doesn't hurt BAD its BH. Hang in there!
