Help with Japanese Short Rows in the round?

Can anyone help me figure out how to do Japanese short rows in the round. I am using the Wooly Wonders shorts pattern and would like to try Japanese short rows. I tried it the other day and one side was perfect and one was awful. My wonderful MIL ended up taking it all out for me yesterday so I could try again.

I have seen lots of references to japanese short rows but none of them address using them when you knitting in the round.

So if you can help or direct me please do I am tired of the way my short rows come out with my other method as well I want something nice a clean looking.

Thanks,
Meg

These aren't Japanese short rows but it's for instructions in the round and I just used these on my lastest shorties and it works GREAT.

Carole,
Thanks so much I used the method in the first link and I am so happy with the way they look it is 10 times better than what they looked like with the wrapped method.
