My son's preschool is touching on this topic and I'm wanting to do a little study just he and I at home. Any one know where to start? Have any website references for this? Or some experience to share?

For this kind of stuff right now I just keep a watch in my town and the one near us for when they do special events. Last week we actually had a native American day at our local museum so there were a few native Americans there showing kids all sorts of things. I think just being a part of it teaches little ones so much more, allows them to have better understanding of what we teach later.
