What to do with this ingredient
I have tons of smoked sausage. It was buy 1 get 3 free at Meijer. Any recipes for this. I've killed the Smoked Sausage, Taters and Onions.

cut up up and put them in one of the following:
BBQ sauce grape jelly and chili sauce ketchup, dry onion, brn sugar, a little water and bourbon |

My 15 yr old swears by homemade mac and cheese with smoked sausage. (reg mac and cheese works fine).

we add it to pasta also.
i've also put it in a spaghetti casserole instead of hamburger. |

How about stews/soups? Lots of veggies + sausage sounds good to me!
Also wanted to say--I totally miss Meijer! I grew up in Meijerland, and I really miss it.

I like to cook it, cut it up and mix with rigatoni, ziti or similar, pasta sauce, parm. cheese, broccoli, and ricotta if desired. YUM!

I put it in fried rice. Or beans & rice. We also enjoy it for breakfast and in spegetti.

We love it with pasta tossed in oil, artichokes, garlic, red bell pepper, onion, rosemary, and red pepper seeds (and whatever else we feel like throwing in).
Right now I have some New Orleans style red beans in the crockpot with smoked sausage. Plan to serve it over rice for dinner. Cassoulet is a great one too! We LOVE it here. I make it with chicken, sausage, and beans.
