Diaper Swappers

Someone please help me decide what to do with these things.....

Books--Way to many books!! For the most part they are orgainzed and in the homeschool room but how did I get so many and which ones to keep? I have 4 bookshelfs and filing cabinet for Unit studes full!!

Huge Loving Family Dollhouse...I bought it for my "only" daughter and she never really played with it at all....it just sits in the basement and collects dust.

Toys-this is probably the hardest for me. Again, I'm trying to organize them but I am really dreading Christmas coming.....it seems like they play with them all. I did an initial purge but they just keep coming out of the woodwork I think. LOL

For books, do you have an Edward McKay or somewhere else you can do a buyback program? If you haven't reread it since you purchased it, it can probably go unless you LOVE it.

No one's playing with the dollhouse? Think about the joy it could give some other little girl, and sell it! Craigslist, etc. A Childrens consignment store might even take it, along with some of the rest of your toys that aren't getting any love anymore!

we only keep our favorite books & the ones the library does not own

I would be interested in seeing what Loving Family pieces you have. My oldest loves her Loving Family dollhouse and I have been on the lookout to buy more people/furniture/etc. Maybe it would help you let go if you know it's going to a home where it will be loved?! Let me know!!

You can make some good money on the doll house. If you are selling it I'd love to know what pieces you all have. DD has one that she loves. Otherwise Ebay it!! It will be worth the work!

Thanks ladies. I'll work on some pictures of it all tomorrow. I had always hoped that she would want to keep it but she received a large wooden dollhouse like you get at Hobby Lobby from a relative whose daughter passed away at a young age and they had kept it in storage because they couldn't part with it. She loves that beat up old thing. Maybe if I sell it she can use the money to help fix that one up.
