Naming after best friends?
So! If I ever have a girl I'd love to incorporate the names of my best friends. However, there are 3 names to work with!
Jessica Christine Emily (whose middle name is Christine) What would you do? Any non-ridiculous way to use them all? Or would you just combine two? Or avoid friend names all together?

I liked Emily as the first name because you don't hear that name a lot. I also like vowels. My children have unique names so I have removed myself from having opinions on what others can or can't name their children. If a name speaks to you then use it, no matter the source.

Re: Naming after best friends?
I forgot until last night that Emily's middle name is Christine...so I guess I could do Christine Jessica or Jessica Christine and that would cover Emily, too. But I love Emily
AND I haven't even gotten my bfp yet Ah well. Plenty of time to figure out the names then. And to work on a boy name, in the event of a boy....

Re: Naming after best friends?
He has a couple of friends, but I don't think we'd name our boys after his friends. Not the same kind of relationship. And we've always had an easier time choosing names we really like for boys for some reason. They just seem to come easier to us. (Maybe because we have one boy, and had like 3 names that we loved for him and only used 1 of them...)
The girl names are really hard for me to choose for some reason. I LOVE thinking about naming babies. I think even when my family is complete, I'll still daydream about baby names!
