Fitted v. Pockets or AIOs

I am using only pockets and AIOs, but I am wondering what is the benefit of fitteds? Are they more absorbant? More comfortable? Or just different? Should I consider adding them to my stash? I really love my pockets and I like my AIOs -- thanks!

Fitteds allow more air to baby's bum. A nice fitted with some wool isn't as "hot" as pockets/aios. Most of the good ones don't even need a cover.

Just different. I love my fitteds, b/c my baby has really sensitive skin and rashes less in fitteds b/c they breathe. I use mostly fitteds under wool. But we still use pockets and AIOs. It's nice to have a variety to suit my mood. Shoot, I change diapers all day so the variety adds spice to my life! I also like that you can do a fitted coverless around the house and then you know to change the baby soon after they're wet, so the babe doesn't have to fit in pee any longer than neccessary.

I started with AIOs and then realized DD was such a heavy wetter that we had to use fitteds or pockets. Every single AIO that we tried she peed in once and the pee was running down her lag and the diaper was soaked inside and out. The ONLY one that we didnt have issues with was Very Baby. as she got older Harleyz Dipeez wokred out for us as well.
I like fitteds becuase i have found some really absorbant ones and i like wool because IMHO its easy to use and care for.
I like pockets because i can adjust the absorbancy as needed.
