Re: What was your first cloth?

Kooshies AIO's. I stayed with those and Kooshies Classics at night for my entire cloth diapering days with my first son. This time, we are using trifolded prefolds and covers and loving it. I have sunk a lot more money trying this time which has been dangerous!

Re: What was your first cloth?

I bought prefolds and proraps, but quickly ended up getting all Fuzzi Bunz and that is what we still use today. Boring and simple but it makes it really easy for DH, and the family for whenever they are watching DD.

Re: What was your first cloth?

I started sewing my DD's diapers before even knowing there was such variety in cloth diapers, the first one I made was hilarious, and I used pins with it. Mind you, she's only 4 yrs old now. After working on my patterns and trying all kinds of things, I sewed her a bunch of fitteds that worked great and cost me practically nothing (and 4 months later potty trained, lol). Then I got online and found the different brands and different kinds, and before DS was born I bought some PFs and prorap colors seconds. They are awesome, and great to have around. DH loves the PFs and will use those exclusively.

I now sell fitteds so I stick to those, and the pockets I made, and I use wool as a cover. I tried 2 Wonderoos, 1 FB, and 1 Bumkins AIO, and I really don't like them. For some reason the fit's not right, so I'll stick to my fitteds and my adorable wool. Which in itself is becoming an addiction, I have shorties coming from AK, but the rest are from a grandmother in town who is knitting her daughter some soakers and also trades some soakers for fitted diapers. It's great, I'm getting one sweet deal!

Re: What was your first cloth?

GAD's and a WAHM from eBay. I bought them at the same time. I bought mediums first, and realized they were too big for my tiny baby, so I had to wait until she got bigger (happened little over a month ago). Loved it so much, bought more, found this site, bought even more and the rest is history!

Re: What was your first cloth?

other than the regular prefolds. Wonderoos were my first and still using them! I found I prefer them when they are 6 months and beyond and different type diapers for the early months

Re: What was your first cloth?

I bought some kissaluvs contours and a BSWW off ebay, then a wonderoo and a Bella's Bottom fitted. None of these are in my stash anymore and my dd is only 5 months!

Re: What was your first cloth?

haha,my very first "stash"was 11 infant prefolds and Kushies covers. Now looking at what I have I wonder how we made it through the first 2 wks waiting for a real stash to roll in.
