I was surprised to see no one else posted after I went to bed last night....I think we're all a lot busier than I thought. It's sad but life happens.

It would be good if everyone could get in at some point to catch up but I guess we're all going to have to get used to the "no news is good news" theory. At least that the one my dad's side of the family used and it was always good. But also worrying when you picked up the phone and realised it was one of them....most mostly it would be something like I just thought of you and thought I'd call. So I hope lots more of the B2B's think of us and pop in to post.

Yes, that is one of those rugs you see in offices when you walk in to wipe your feet. It's not pretty (or even new....it came from Heiner's work. They washed it too hot and it melted a little (which meant it was free) so they couldn't take it back to the office they collected it from. They replaced the rug and we got the slightly melted one) but we have a hug hole in the carpet and it needed to be covered.

I went to bed at 2am but didn't get to sleep until 3am. Up again at 6am.......TIRED!

Oh and as I went to bed I found I broke a nail at work.....so after getting the kids up, dress, brushed and washed, drive them to school and kindergarten, home to do the housework.......I had to fix my nail.

I just want to go to bed. I have to wait for 10:30am so I can pick up Fynn and then we can both go to bed.

He did ok this morning, he's getting that I'm going to leave him there and keeps taking me by the hand and saying Bye-bye!

He surprised me this morning.....he ate a biscuit in the car on the way to kindergarten and of course had a messy face by the time we got there so I took him to the bathroom to wash his face and then as I was looking for his towel (each kid his it's own towel on it's own peg. The peg picture is the same as their coat peg picture) and Fynn knew which was his!

That really bowled me over. He's only been there for 2 days and he already knows which is is picture and where his peg is. He's a clever little chap.

One of the teachers helpers said that she thought he was clever just by looking at him when he's doing stuff. She said he sounds like Cami and Derry too.

Fynn's kindergarten teacher told me he didn't cry at all today. Well except for when I left this morning but that wasn't long at all.

He so good and well behaved there. He plays in the Bauecke (building corner...where they have blocks and Lego) and the Puppenecke (dolly corner) and the kiddy kitchen. So pretty much he plays with everything we have at home. He even puts away his toys when asked.

I came in and he didn't see me. He was playing with a bunch of Lego trucks all joined up. I said to put them away and he took them and put them in the right box and then took my by the hand and waved bye-bye and we went to get his shoes and coat on. I cant believe this is the same boy who whines and cries most of the afternoon!

He's in bed now. They said at kindergarten if I wanted to try for 11:30am next week....I might, IDK, we'll see how he does. I dont want to push him too much. He wont be going for the full day like Cami for a long time to come yet. He's just too little t go without a nap at lunch time.

Hope you had a good nap Janine. Glad Fynn is doing so well.

Woke at 4 AM to a pee bomb. Apparently one of us (me) forgot to have MH got potty before bed. She and Jerry are now asleep in a fresh bed and I am up drinking coffee and doing laundry. She managed to pee while laying crosswise in BOTH beds so lots of laundry! Oh well it was only the 2nd time ever so I cant really complain now can I.

Only working 1/2 day today then spending the afternoon with Jerry, MH and MIL seeing the national Christmas tree and enjoying the activities they will be having on its stop in town. Then I have a meeting for the charter school at 4.

I have a million books needing to be shelved but I am planning videos with the students tomorrow and Friday so that should give me some shelving time. I want to library cleaned up and organized before I leave for break. Cant wait for FRIDAY.
