I ordered on April 13 and my items haven't shipped yet either. I'm struggling with this. I've ordered from Michelle in the past and had great communication and fast shipping. But this has almost been two weeks and she hasn't communicated anything to me (other than to confirm she got my money). I've sent multiple PM but no responses. I'm hoping to hear from her soon and even better...to have my items arrive.
