Re: Is this early labor or false labor???

Depending on what your exam tells you tomorrow, it could also be latent labour. Not quite 'early' labour, but not 'false' either. I tend to have intense painful contractions that don't follow a pattern and don't last longer than 30 seconds and are 'non-productive'. That is they don't dilate or efface the cervix. They are intense enough that I can't sleep or do my daily activities and can't talk through them, but it goes on until the midwife ruptures my membranes. With my last two labours I waited, and after about 36 hours and only 3 cm, I asked for the rupture and both babies were both within hours.
Good Luck, mama, I'm sending birthing thoughts your way.

another sure sign of labor is "TMI" you will get diahrea, don't know why this happens but everyone i know went through this and so did i when i had my son. didn't go through it with dd since i had a scheduled c/s with her but everyone i know all say the same thing, so be on the look out for looser stools and or diahrea hope you have the baby soon! how many weeks are you?
