Consistency?

My DD is 30 months old (two and a half) and she out of nowhere started to ask to use the potty so we did (I just had a baby and I attempted to train her before my LO was born but it didn't work because she didn't know when she was going yet.) so for 2 days she used the potty and had no accidents then on day 3 she pooped on the floor and peed 2x so I put her back in her diapers. On day 4 she was fine again (she is naked from the waist down the whole 4 days). Then today she wanted to wear undies which she wet in about an hour later. She threw a fit about me taking her undies off but refuses to use the potty or wear a diaper. What is going on???
