Re: getting your period back

First umm... Didn't get one as I got pregnant again when he was 3 months old. EBF too.
#2 nursed till she was 11 months. AF started at 12 months.
#3 Nursed 2 weeks. AF at 6 weeks.
#4 Nursed 11 months 2 weeks. AF at almost 12 months.
#5 nursed almost 3 years. AF back 12 months
#6 Nursed 2 years 4 months. No AF till after Miscarriage 1 week before her 1st B-day.

pretty much start ovulating at 3 months and up even though we EBF most of the time but no AF. So I'm around a Year unless something interrupts it.

Me too. Generally after I've hefted something (which I know I'm not supposed to do for 6 weeks after CS) or worn too-tight pants . For some reason it's just taking longer for my body to expel all the lingering tissue. First two kiddos I was done in 7-10 days.

As for the OP ... as long as >60-70% of my kiddo's caloric intake is BF, I don't get one. So I was period free until about 9M with DS and 13M with DD. I've had just two actual periods in over three years ...
