They have zucchini, fruit and banana bread recipes here. what other kind of veggie breads are you looking for?

Try substituting the milk with potato water (water leftover from boiling potatos). Or use soy or rice milk. I hav found I prefer to modify my favorite recipes instead od seeking out new ones.
