How do you wash it off of breast pump parts?

Thanks girls. I tried a hot soak and the dishwasher AND the sterilizer and the rubbery part still feels sticky. It came off of the hard plastic parts no problem. Weird...

I use hot water, a bottle brush and dawn, then I steam sterilize and that usually takes away all the residue.
