Magicalls Question

Has anyone had a defective magicall? If so, what did you do? I sold one and the buyer told me that it leaks like there is no PUL on it at all. That wasn't our experience, however, it was close to new and may have even been new but washed only. I would like to do something to fix this for her, but don't know where to go for help. FWIW, the majority of our stash is magicalls and I love them, we haven't had any problems at all with any of them. I did buy a few smalls just before my son outgrew size small, so I'm thinking this one might have been in that group. Any advice?

Thanks!

Re: Magicalls Question

Is it possible that since it's nearly new, the PUL needs to be sealed? Popping it in a hot dryer for a few minutes will help seal up the holes that come with sewing the PUL..
Good luck!

Re: Magicalls Question

Well, I know it was washed and dried, so that shouldn't be the problem I wouldn't think. I wish I could remember for sure if we had used it or not. I'm feeling bad, I originally sold this mama a happy heiny and realized it had a stitching flaw so the magicall was a bonus. I'm remembering reading a thread a while back with someone questioning about whether their magicall might be flawed ... or at least I THINK I remember, that may have been another diaper altogether.

ugh ugh ugh

Thanks!
