Are you ever happy with your stash?

Serious question. I find myself shopping and saying ok I'm done and then I find something else I want to try. I'll destash a little and then shop again. Seems like a vicious cycle. I think I have a shopping issue when it comes to diapers

My stash is completely Sbish. I LOVE it. The only thing I shop for now is more Sbish. So I guess you could say I'm "brand satisfied" and done trying new things.

Re: Are you ever happy with your stash?

I've always been happy with my stash, even back when I started with a bunch of SUPER USED diapers I bought off craigslist lol.
Right now is the first time I'm getting unhappy as I've given away a ton of diapers and now my daughter is growing out of the ones I had left lol. Doh!
So looking to revamp my stash!

Nope. LoL I've been doing it for over 5 years straight, with no breaks. I have re-vamped my stash more times then I can count (and am about to do it again ). But it keeps it fun! DH agrees it still saves money, because even when I buy/sell, truth is you never get money back on sposies, they are trash from the start.

Re: Are you ever happy with your stash?

I was never stash happy with DD, we had an enormous stash, I couldn't stop buying. But with DS I discovered wool and became yarn obsessed instead. I ended up sewing most of his diapers and we barely have enough, poor kid.

Honestly after 10 years I've learned that happiness is over rated. If Im going to CD to save money, Im gonna have to choose to love my stash. So far so good! I've only bought a few new covers in about a year. I have what I need and a few of what I want. Sometimes I consider something new and then my husband talks me out of it.

YES! I am DONE! yayayayay!
The only way I'm buying more is when Sylas grows out of medium Nana's Bottoms and if my husband lets me raise my limit on SBish snapless.

Currently, I am at stash nirvana.

Re: Are you ever happy with your stash?

I've been happy with my stash since I now have "stashes"- I have a prefold/flat/fitted/PUL/wool stash, medium pocket stash, and several OS pocket stashes (BG, PP, SP). I wash every 3 days so I could use any of these stashes for that entire period- so when I feel like a change- I have it!

So technically I have 7 stashes so maybe I don't count.

I wish I could hit a happy medium. I just decided to try wool. Mainly because of night time leaks but I think it's become an obsession so hopefully I will be content after getting wool. Plus I need to look into starting nb stash for newbie in April
