color pooling and crochet

OK so my 3 year old niece asked for a pair of pants like the ones I made for DD. These are dds and they turned out perfect.

These are the ones for my niece

Is there anyway to fix this or should I just leave it. I have until the 23rd to finish them and it takes me about 2 or 3 days.

Re: color pooling and crochet

Try alternating single and double crochet. The other option is to turn after each row instead of crocheting in the round.

how would I do that? Chain and then turn the other way? I'm kind of a novice.

Connect to the top of the first stitch of the last row with a slip stitch. Ch2, turn, DC into the 4th loop from your hook. Basically, you need to attach the two ends of the row together, build up height for the first stitch of the next row, then go back the other way without adding stitches.

When you get to the end of that row, do it the same except only Ch1 after you turn and SC into the 3rd loop from your hook.
