Re: Can I see your changing table set up??

My setup is not so nice as you mamas - but here it is

That hanging diaper holder usually has my main rotation dipes in it - but it is wash day.
Here is where all the AIO and pocket diapers are stored:

I keep all my wipes and stuff in the bassinett I never use. LOL

And here is the rest with some captions

The Tub on the far right top holds inserts and doublers

This is pretty close to what we are doing now. Except the stacks of flats are in the closet and there are 3 bins on top and 3 on bottom. Top row has a pocket/AIO bin for the diaperbag, two bins with padfolded flats stuffed in covers. And that bottom row has a bin of odds and ends like wipe solution stuff, snappi's, pins, deo disks, nose sucker, and a bin for wipes, fleece liners and flushable liners, and the last bin is wetbags and pail liners. And I moved my wipe container to the top shelf because it was getting kicked by a busy toddler. I just shoved one of my bins back to make it fit

Re: Can I see your changing table set up??

Oh fun! I'll play along too. DS1 is almost 4 and he shares a room with DS 2 (almost 8 months)

Here's our "changing area" -

The dresser is a work in progress. I painted it red, then put a coat of black over it and I still need to do some distressing to get the red to show through a bit more. The picture has a verse from 1 Corinthians on it -- it says, "We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed." Cracks me up every time I see it! lol All the diapers we currently use fit in the top left drawer and all of DS2s clothes are in the top right drawer. All the ones below are currently empty. (I need to get the handles put back on! lol)

And here's our stash - (I have a 2.5 year old DD that's in dipes too, hence the two girly covers)

In the picture we have 7 Green Line Covers, 5 BGEs, and 17 Green Line soakers, oh, and a wet bag we use for out of the house. We also got two new GL fleece lined covers today for Christmas, and I have two regular ones on the from FSOT as well as two soakers from Natasha's stash and a doubler from Kissed by the Moon. AND when all those come in our stash should be complete! We use flannel that I've cut and serged for wipes and we use Monkey Butt wipes bits. I just ordered some CJs BUTTer also as I've been needing some CD safe rash cream.

My photos are at least a year old, but the change area still looks the same.

The diapers in the drawer have changed, but we still store them this way.

Ok Here is our set up... although I now have one of those white metal 3 cube things next to dresser (for our diaper overflow) and diaper pail is on opposite side.

Re: Can I see your changing table set up??

I really need to get bins for my diapers. We got a changing table not too long ago at a thrift shop (Walmart brand) and while I have shelves on it, there are no bins for the diapers yet so they are just stacked.

Re: Can I see your changing table set up??

I have a question for folks - I notice everyone stores their diapers by folding them. In my experience, I can fit more diapers into the drawer by laying them flat on top of each other (and takes less time to put them away that way). Is there some reason to fold them up first?
