I think what got me going was the vaginal exam. I hadn't had one until was found to be 0,0 at 41-wks. After that, things got going. Can hubby check you out? Lol

Another thing u may be able to try is if u are any dilated to see if they will break your water. They shouldn't use pitocin on you with a VBAC, but breaking the water might work. Also, sometimes epidurals help dilation by allowing you to relax and rest. I went 24-hrs WITH pitocin and WITHOUT pain meds before my c-sec. No one told me that for some women, they can actually HELP! So, I had an epidural this time, and I dilated. Look at it like this. You'll get one anyway if u wind up with a c-sec.
