I am late to the game but we get our household goods delivered on Friday (stuff we haven't seen since December) and I am jumping in. So excited!

and we surpassed the 2012 mark
with all that we off loaded!

71 things to add since I last posted. I purged 25 things from my kitchen today, including 6 power cords that went to electronics we no longer own, and 2 battery chargers (we only need 1, not 3!). There were some clothes and some other assorted items in there as well. My husband brought a big load to Goodwill today, from the past few weeks, and then I started a new donation bag this evening.

I am up to 1498! Getting rid of all of these stored baby clothes is really helping a lot! It's also freeing up lots of nice plastic bins and space under my bed Next up (after I finish the last box of girl clothes and try to sell a few of the best) teaching supplies!

I'm such a goof. I didn't keep count but I have donated 5 boxes of stuff, 2 bar stools, a whole bunch of moving boxes & trashed 5 moving boxes full of stuff, broken toys and other broken bits & bobs. Several hundred items for sure. I just got so caught up in the fun of the purge I forgot after 200.

I thought this was going to be really easy, but what I have found is that items don't add up nearly as fast as I thought they would. I got rid of nearly 10 large Rubbermaid boxes of baby clothes and it wasn't more than 600 pieces! I thought that they would easily put me over the top. Still so glad I am doing it and have a goal to continue to work towards! I have 500 more items and I would really like to get there in the next few weeks!
