Book recs?
I'm interested in learning more about cooking/eating with whole foods. I would like to use fresh fruits and veggies and reduce the amount of canned goods I use. I'm just not sure my kids will like it. I still want to serve/eat meat but maybe try and eat a little less. I'm just worried that developing this type of cooking will be costly and time consuming.
I'm not very good at experimenting with food. I feel like I have to follow a recipe. I have a number of things I can make without needing a recipe but they tend to use canned items. I think a lot of the cancer issues in our country are related to the chemicals in the cans and using processed foods. Are there any book recommendations for me to get started? Thanks!

Re: Book recs?
My friend really like clean eating magazine... I think there is a website too, but you'd have to google/swagbuck it since I'm not sure what it is myself.
