Snap pliers question

Which snap pliers do you use for your diapers/crafts? I have seen some listed on Amazon but they don't get very good reviews. I've also seen KAM snap pliers on their own website, which has great reviews.

Basically, are there any good brands other than KAM, or is that it? I want to order some asap for some dipes.

JoAnn Fabric & Craft store carries them now. I bought mine with a 40% off coupon & it has worked great.

I've seen them at Joann's back when I lived in a state with one. Unfortunately, they aren't up here in AK.

Re: Snap pliers question

I would get one online, then you can always order the snaps to go with and not worry about getting to the store.

On the website, they only list Dritz and Babyville. Dritz has only two stars, with similar complaints about the snaps not staying on because of uneven or bent snaps.

Babyville has good reviews (and are cheaper than KAM). Anyone used those before?

Re: Snap pliers question

If you search this originally the snaps from babyville were breaking.
Oh, I meant get a kam, see what the snap store has, I like their service!

I bought a Babyville one and it works great. I only use KAM snaps, though and haven't had any breakage. In fact, I'm pretty sure the BV pliers are a discontinued KAM pliers

I'd go that route or just get the pliers through KAM's on line store.

Other option is to get them through Serena's store: http://www.assuntastore.com/Snap-Pliers-c3/

Re: Snap pliers question

The KAM snaps are much cheaper by the piece than the babyville snaps are. And the pp was right, the babyville pliers are an older model of KAM pliers. I would look on fsot for pliers, and if you don't find a decent deal there then I would get them from the Assunta Store because Serena has some nice snap variety packs to get you started.

Even though she ships from China, shipping is usually really quick. And you get the benefit of knowing you're supporting her amazing work.

I have also purchased from kamsnaps.com and their shipping is lightening fast.

Thank you ladies! All your input is much appreciated.

I will check fsot and if nothing catches my eye, I'll get it from Serena's.
