Can you ID this AIO please?

First off let me say I am an idiot at times. We just switched to cd about 2 months ago. Mostly we do prefolds, PUL covers, roos or hh. I saw this dipe at a boutique and I had to get it. I've never owned a AIO, so I'm confused. Is there a PUL layer in it? Do I need a cover over it? I can feel a layer sewn in the middle in additon to the snap in (doubler?). The outer layer almost feels like flannel. I almost think the inner is hemp, it sort of feels like/looks like my HH stuffins. Tips anyone? Thanks mommas!

If it was sold to you as an AIO you dont need a cover.

I would test it before trusting it out and about though...cotton outter prints wick and you would hate to get wet clothes while out and about...

It could be a hidden layer of PUL or a PUL print, so you wouldn't need a cover.
