Laying down and drinking water. Contractions are 3 minutes minutes apart. But I'm still lying here.

come on baby!

I didnt sleep well at all last night ive had a sore throat for a week now it hurts .

It stinks the hospitals are so strict but i can understand it. Both my boys have been hospitalized with RSV. ODS was only 2 weeks old and it scary for little tiny ones. Older kids can get it and it just act like a reg ole cold so they dont usually test them, but then it spread to a infant and can get real serious.

So here's a question. The hospital told us yesterday that N can't come up to see me as I'm recovering due to it being RSV season. I was a wreck yesterday because of that. He's the one that I'm most concerned with adjusting, and I really wanted him to see her in the hospital. He'll be with MIL and FIL (and Z) while I'm in labor... how can I adjust him easily without him coming to see us? The only thing I can think of is to come while we're being discharged... but beyond that I can't think of much.
For a lot of kids the hospital is scary. Mine hate the little rooms and machines. I think he will adjust just fine even it isn't until you are home. Have someone else hold the baby when you first see him. So he can get mommy snuggles. Then let him love all over the baby
And don't worry about school- they'll understand that you're in the hospital and things aren't normal at home.

Baby girl has diaper rash- I've been fighting it for a week now I've tried both sposies and cloth, just using water to clean her bum. I change her almost every hour and as soon as I hear her toot. I remember ds1 was rashy this early, but I don't remember what solved it.

Woo Lady B, hope this is your day! Just breathe. ..

I have been a bit MIA. . .still not feeling great and spent all day yesterday tracking down Dr's trying to figure out why. Seems to not be a pg thing though. .. probably just inflammation from chronic congestion from the cold dry weather. ugh.

No labor signs for me. .. I am thinking I'll make it through next weekend at least. Which is okay, as I'm still trying to get stuff done off my list!

So excited about all the babies though!

Re: Winter wonders weekend 7-8

Where's Erin? She is 6 days past due now.....just wondering when it will be her turn.

Jackie: DD is always rashy, has been since she was 3 mths old. We can't figure it out and have tried everything under the sun. Hydrocortizone cream helps calm it down when it gets really bad though....I just don't know how young is too young for that. Coconut oil is supposed to be good too and that would be fine on a nb.

9 days till I'm due. Trying to clean up the bathroom that we never use (has a big garden tub so I can use ot for a waterbirth if I want) but I can only stand and work for about 10 mins then I have to sit and do nothing or I get dizzy and really sore.
