Selling diapers to a store

I got burned out on diaper swapping and was stash happy for a long time so I have a back log of diapers I need to sell. Most are large brands-Grovia, thirsties, MEOS. FSOT isn't moving very quickly these days and people don't seem to be having much luck on fb pages either. Plus I'm just tired of selling diapers. I just want these gone so I can buy my large stash and be done. Has anyone sold diapers to an online retailer for credit? If so how was the experience? Who did you sell to? Jillian's drawers and Kelly's closet both carry the type of diapers I am interested in buying and they sell used diapers. Anyone sold to them?

I have wondered about this before too. I was always turned off by the low prices they offer. Mostly I checked out CottonBabies and thought I could get more $ for my diapers on FSOT but I definitely understand the appeal of just getting them all sold at once. Good luck!

Personally, I would rather sell at a lower price to another mama than to a store. I know I prefer to buy that way.

Even with shipping from here to a mainland mama I would still be making less at a store. Its the convenience that is so appealing.

What dont I have?
5 thirsties duo size 1
2 small twee baby shorties
1 m/l twee baby shortie
4 grovia boosters
7(?) softer style grovia organic inserts
8(?) older style grovia organic inserts
1 stay dry MEOS
9 Bamboo MEOS
1 stay dry meos liner

I should also think about selling my sbish soaker and longies since I'm moving away from wool at night but I don't think I can.

If I could just get rid of everything but the wool in one go it would be worth it to not make as much money. I'm just done buying and selling diapers. I wasn't even excited about sizing up my stash for the longest time. I love cloth but my addiction to trading it like playing cards has definitely waned. (Thank G-d!)

I've thought about a site recently mentioned tuloot.com you can do cash credit or consignment cash but the shipping thing may still not make this an option for you

Re: Selling diapers to a store

I sold a bunch of diapers to Kristin at re-diaper.com. It was really easy and she gave me a pretty good deal in store credit ( all of the diapers I needed she already had in-stock which is why I went that route). You do get more $$ for your diapers if you decide to ask for payment in store credit rather than cash though. All in all I would sell to her again, and while I didn't necessarily get top dollar for my diapers, the convenience of it outweighed having to wait and see if someone would even buy my diapers on craigslist.
